The First Lady is no stranger to the gym and she proves it in her new video celebrating the fifth anniversery of her "Let's Move" Campaign.
“Hey @POTUS! This is how you #GimmeFive, FLOTUS-style,” she wrote on Twitter accompanying her 30-second video (the YouTube version is 2 minutes) showing her workout routine.
In the video, the First Lady can be seen jumping rope, lifting a medicine ball up and down, completing bench jumps, lifting the dumbbells from an inclined position and donning boxing gloves for some drills. By the end of the routine, she winks, lifts a glass of water and says, “Don’t forget. Always drink up.”
