Judge Orders Woman To Walk 30 Miles After Skipping Out On Cab Fare

After 18-year-old Victoria Bascom didn't pay her cab fare for a 30-mile ride between Cleveland and Painesville, Judge Michael Cicconetti gave her a choice: serve a month in the Lake County Jail or walk 30 miles within 48 hours.

Bascom chose the latter and began walking laps at the Lake County Fairgrounds Friday afternoon.

She was also sentenced to three days of community service, four months probation and ordered to pay United Cab $100 in restitution.

Man sues Miller-Coors over labeling of Blue Moon as craft beer. Says customers deserve refund

NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- A California man is suing Miller-Coors for labeling Blue Moon as a craft beer. Zach Rabun of Mockery Brewing says Blue Moon is made at the same brewery which makes the rest of the Miller-Coors lineup of beers. Rabun says that's not represented on the label and it is "concerning." The lawsuit asks for refunds for customers and for Blue Moon to more clearly advertise how it's produced and remove the premium price tag normally reserved for craft beers.
